About Monica

Built between worlds.

Monica has spent more than two decades in the international energy industry, with experience spanning project development, engineering, construction and project delivery across North America, Asia and Europe. Her career has taken her across the full project lifecycle and through different markets, organizations and business environments, with offshore wind a particular focus over the past decade. She was named one of the 100 most influential women in the global wind power industry.

Working with Asian suppliers and manufacturers has been an important part of that experience. She has led strategic sourcing and supplier-selection discussions, carried out supplier due diligence and assessments in China, and worked directly with Chinese manufacturers and fabrication yards. Her experience extends into project execution, advising project leaders and teams on major contracts with Chinese suppliers.

Combined with her technical and major-project experience, this background shapes how she looks at commercial and technical realities alongside the less visible cultural and organizational dynamics that influence decisions, relationships and execution.
